Service Description

During this 60-minute appointment, you will receive a personalized analysis based off forms submitted. Your top three priority health concerns will be discussed and a wholesome, sustainable wellness plan will be created between you and nutrition consultant to reach optimal health. All new clients will receive a new-client packet that includes a grocery list, meal-guidance sheet, example meal plan and more.
